Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Pakistan Made Online, we are committed to providing high-quality, Pakistan-made physiotherapy and healthcare products. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, but due to the nature of our products (many being intimate, sanitary, or personal use items), we have a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Return Window
Returns or exchanges are only possible within 7 days of receiving your order.
If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

Unused and Unopened: The item must be completely unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, sealed packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Enforced)
For health, hygiene, and sanitary reasons, certain goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged once the packaging seal has been broken or the product has been used. These include, but are not limited to:

Any product classified as an intimate or sanitary good (e.g., certain supports, cushions, or items worn against the skin).

Personal care items (e.g., oils, gels, creams).

Electrotherapy pads, gels, or electrodes that have been opened.

Any item that has been customized or personalized.
4. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at with clear photographs of the defect and the original packaging.

We will assess the damage and, if approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the item for the exact same product.
5. Return Process

Contact our customer support team at to initiate a return request within the 7-day window. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on where to mail the item: .

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the eligibility criteria (Section 2).
