Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order and run the store. Here is exactly what that is.

What we collect
When you order
- Your name, mobile number, delivery address and any delivery note.
- Your email address, if you give one (it’s optional), for the order confirmation.
- What you ordered, the amount, and the order number.
- Whether the payment succeeded, with JazzCash’s transaction reference, or, for a transfer, the transaction ID and the account name you tell us you paid from. Your card, bank or wallet details are entered on JazzCash’s page or in your own banking app, never on ours, and we never receive them.
- A scrambled (hashed) version of your internet connection’s address, used only to limit how many unpaid orders one connection can open. It can’t be turned back into the address.
If you sign in
- With an email code: your email address.
- With Google: your name and email address from your Google account. We don’t receive your Google password.
When you browse
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs for security, which include connection addresses. We don’t run advertising trackers at the moment; if we add analytics or advertising tools later, we’ll update this page first.
Why we use it
- To deliver your order and contact you about it (by WhatsApp, phone or email).
- To confirm your payment and handle refunds.
- To show you your orders when you sign in or use “Track your order”.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, such as many unpaid orders from one number or connection.
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
We don’t send marketing messages unless you ask for them, and we never sell your details.
Who we share it with
- The courier: your name, address and mobile number, to deliver the parcel.
- JazzCash: the order number and amount, so you can pay. JazzCash has its own privacy policy.
- Our email provider (Resend): your email address and order details, to send order emails.
- Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”, to sign you in.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and stores its database.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies that the store needs to work. None are for advertising.

JazzCash’s payment page and Google’s sign-in page set their own cookies while you’re on them.
How long we keep it
Order records, including cancelled ones, are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, sign-in codes and sessions are stored scrambled, and only the store owner can see order details. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us at once if you think something is wrong with your account or order.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you: message us on WhatsApp or email hello@pakistanmadeonline.com. We may keep what the law requires us to keep (for example records of paid orders).
Children
The store is for adults. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes, and important changes are noted here.
