Shipping policy

Delivery charges

Each product shows its delivery charge on its page, and your cart shows the total delivery charge before you pay. There are no other charges: the amount you pay at checkout is the full amount. Prices are in Pakistani rupees.

Delivery times

• Orders are handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of your payment being confirmed.
• The courier usually delivers within 2–5 working days after that. Major cities are at the faster end; remote areas can take longer.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

These are typical times, not a guarantee: weather, strikes and public holidays can delay couriers. If your order is late, message us with the order number and we’ll chase it.

Tracking

We message you on WhatsApp (and email, if you gave one) when your order is dispatched, with the courier’s tracking details. You can see your order’s status any time on the Track your order page.

Your address and phone number

Please check your address and mobile number before you pay: the courier calls that number to deliver. You can change the address before dispatch by messaging us with your order number; after dispatch it can’t be changed.

If the courier can’t deliver because the address or number was wrong or nobody answered, and the parcel comes back to us, we’ll contact you to send it again (the delivery charge is paid again) or refund the order minus the delivery costs.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel or the item arrives damaged, take a photo and message us within 2 days of delivery. See Returns and refunds.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Pakistan only, to any address a courier serves. We don’t ship internationally at the moment.
