Who we are

PakistanMadeOnline (PakistanMadeOnline.com) is an online store based in Pakistan, selling products made in Pakistan. “We” and “us” mean the store; “you” means the customer. We sell to customers in Pakistan only.

Ordering

1. Add items to your cart, enter your delivery details, choose how to pay and press the order button.
2. Your order is saved with an order number and the items are held for you while you pay.
3. JazzCash: you pay on JazzCash’s secure payment page. The order is confirmed only when JazzCash tells us the payment succeeded. If payment doesn’t arrive within 60 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically and the items are released; nothing is charged.
4. Transfer: you send the amount from your own bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account to the account shown on your order page and tell us the transaction ID. The order is confirmed when we see the money in our account. If no payment arrives within 24 hours, the order is cancelled automatically and the items are released.
5. Once the order is confirmed we email you (if you gave an email address) and start preparing it.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If you’ve paid, we refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include any taxes we must charge.
• Delivery is charged per item and shown on each product page and in your cart before you pay. The total at checkout is the full amount you pay.
• Payment is in advance: through JazzCash (JazzCash account, bank account, or debit or credit card on JazzCash’s page), or by transfer from your own bank or wallet account. We don’t offer cash on delivery. We never see or store your card or account details; JazzCash, your bank or your wallet handles them.
• We can change prices at any time, but not for an order you’ve already paid for. If the price or delivery charge changes while you’re checking out, we show you the new total before you pay.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan by courier. Paid orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 2–5 working days after that; these are typical times, not a guarantee. Please give a correct address and a mobile number you answer. Full details: Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery. For other returns, ask within 2 days of delivery; the item must be unused and in its packaging, and you pay the return delivery. Refunds go back to the account or card you paid with. Products

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos show the product, but colours can look different on different screens, and measurements are approximate. Our products are everyday comfort items, not medical devices; nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, ask a doctor what’s suitable for you.

Your account

You can order without an account. If you sign in (by email code or with Google), you can see your past orders. Keep your email account and phone safe: anyone who can read your codes can see your orders. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, to interfere with other customers’ orders, to place orders you don’t intend to pay for, or to copy the site’s content for another business. The site’s text, photos and design belong to PakistanMadeOnline or its suppliers.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order: we’ll replace, repair or refund. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as courier delays, strikes, weather or power and internet outages. Nothing here removes rights you have under Pakistani law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
